1HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR UNLIMITED WASHES?
Visit WOW Carwash or purchase online. Select the wash you want and pay with a credit or debit card.
2I WANT TO BUY AN UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP ONLINE. HOW WILL I GET MY PASS?
When you purchase an Unlimited Membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at WOW, and a team member will affix your Membership sticker to your vehicle windshield. *Please note that the credit or debit card presented at WOW when you pick up your Membership sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.
3HOW DO I CANCEL MY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
You can discontinue your plan online or call 833.WOW.WASH. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing
4CAN MY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP BE USED FOR MORE THAN ONE VEHICLE?
An Unlimited Membership is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit WOW to get your Membership sticker updated.
5WHAT IF I GET A NEW CREDIT CARD?
You can talk with a team member at WOW or update your card information online now.
6ARE YOU FULL SERVICE?
No, we are an express wash. Our tunnel does the exterior cleaning. We provide free vacuums for our Guests and there are additional products for purchase in the vending area.
7WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN WASH PACKAGES?
With our WOW WASH, you receive everything in our SHINE WASH plus Tire Shine, Brightening Gloss, 4 Day Rain Guarantee with coupon, and an air freshener. With our SHINE, you get everything in our CLEAN WASH plus Foaming Brush Detergent, Triple Foam Polish, Clear Coat Protectant, BugGoo & our UV protectant wax Our CLEAN WASH is a simple cleaning for light surface dust.
8HOW DOES A MEMBERSHIP WORK?
Our Unlimited monthly memberships can be purchased at any of our WOW locations at our Express Pay Terminal, online, or in the office with any of our Team Members. With our Unlimited memberships, you may wash at all six of our WOW locations as much as you like. A sticker is applied to your windshield. Every time you pull up, the sticker will scan, and the gate will open. You will receive the same wash every time! It must be purchased with a debit or credit card as it is conveniently set up as an automatic recharge.
9WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
All of our six convenient locations are open every day from 7 am to 9 pm. Our Support Office is open every day from 8 am to 5 pm. Holidays and system/machine issues may affect hours of operation.
10WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and WOW gift cards.

SUPPORT CENTER FAQs

1WHAT VEHICLES DO YOU NOT WASH?
We can’t wash dually trucks or trucks with fuel tanks, loose items, or debris in the back. We can’t accommodate lifted vehicles above a 7’2” clearance. Anything with a luggage rack, ladder rack, or aftermarket parts that are not deemed to be safe are not able to wash. Tires can be no wider than 13 ½ inches.
2IS THE WASH SAFE FOR NEWLY PAINTED CARS?
Yes! However, your car’s paint needs at least 30 days to cure before you should take it through a car wash. Consult with your body shop for curing times just to be on the safe side. FYI, paint on new cars is fully cured before delivery.
3WILL A CRACKED WINDSHIELD BE SAFE IN THE WASH?
Yes. However, once the integrity of windshield glass is compromised by rock chips (even very small ones), it becomes more susceptible to changes in temperature. So, while you may wash your vehicle with windshield damage, cracks, or chips may expand during the process. It’s always best to repair or replace a damaged windshield immediately.
4WILL MY ANTENNA BE OK?
Any fixed factory antenna will not be harmed during the wash. Power antennas are hollow core, and will break if left in the raised position, so please lower all power antennas. WOW is not responsible for antennas that have not been lowered. Aftermarket products such as CB and cell phone antennas should be removed prior to washing.
5ARE THE VACUUMS AN EXTRA CHARGE?
Vacuums are always free for our carwash Guests!
6THE CAR WASH DAMAGED MY CAR, WHAT DO I DO?
Please head back to the location and file a claim with the management team if you have already filed a claim, a Team Member will be with you within 48 hours.
7ARE YOUR BRUSHES CLOTH?
Our tunnel uses high-quality foam brushes. It will not just wash your car; it will WOW it!
8CAN I BRING BY CAR IN IF IT HAS A WRAP/VINYL?
At this time we recommend going to a touchless car wash in order to prevent any peeling of the wrap/vinyl

1HOW DO I SUBMIT AN ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITY?
Please submit all advertising opportunities to the Marketing Department via email. The Marketing Department email is marketing@wowwash.com. Please do not call without a scheduled appointment made through email communication.
2IF I WANT TO REQUEST A FUNDRAISER EVENT, WHAT DO I DO?
WOW Carwash likes to partner up with local charities to help raise funds for 501c3 non-profit groups. To submit a request for review, please click the Marketing contact below and fill out the request form. Our Marketing Department will get back to you with any questions or a decision on available options.
3DO YOU COLLABORATE WITH CONTENT CREATORS OR INFLUENCERS?
Absolutely! We love to work with creators in the social sphere. If you want to collaborate, please shoot over an email to marketing@wowwash.com with your proposed collaboration and we will get back to you.
4DO YOU HAVE HAPPY HOUR?
Yes, we offer our Happy Hour discount Monday through Thursday 7 am- 8 am and 8 pm to 9 pm. Happy Hour will WOW you with $2 off of any single wash!
5MY COUPON EXPIRES TODAY. CAN I USE IT TODAY?
Yes, you may use your coupon until 9 pm.
