It depends. If we can’t see the paint on your car, we’re not able to wash it. If your car is that dirty, we recommend that you take your vehicle to a self-service wash to rinse it off before coming in.

We can’t wash dually trucks or trucks with fuel tanks, loose items, or debris in the back. We can’t accommodate lifted vehicles above a 7’2” clearance. Anything with a luggage rack, ladder rack, or aftermarket parts that are not deemed to be safe are not able to wash.

Auto paint typically needs at least 30 days to cure before you should take it through a car wash. Consult with your body shop for curing times just to be on the safe side.
Once the integrity of windshield glass is compromised by rock chips (even very small ones), it becomes more susceptible to changes in temperature. Guests may wash their vehicle with windshield damage, cracks, or chips may expand and spread during the process. It’s always best to repair or replace a damaged windshield immediately.

Visit WOW Carwash or purchase online. Select the wash you want and pay with a credit or debit card.
The credit or debit card used when you join the Unlimited Membership will be charged monthly on your anniversary date. If you purchase an Unlimited Membership online, you will need to present your credit or debit card at your first wash to pick up your Membership sticker.

You can use your Unlimited Membership at any WOW Carwash location.
When you purchase an Unlimited Membership online, you’ll receive a receipt and barcode by email. Just present the barcode (print it out or keep it on your phone) along with your credit or debit card at WOW, and a team member will affix your Membership sticker to your vehicle windshield. *Please note that the credit or debit card presented at WOW when you pick up your Membership sticker will be the card used for monthly recharges.
Guests can discontinue your plans online. There is no contract or obligation and you can cancel at any time (please allow 7 days to process). No refunds will be given when discontinuing a plan. You may also email info@wowwash.com or text ‘wowcancel’ to 599-25.
An Unlimited Membership is for one vehicle and is not transferable. If you get a new vehicle, please visit WOW to get your Membership sticker updated.
Yes. When you join the Unlimited Membership, a small RFID tag will be attached to the windshield of your vehicle.
