Grandfathered Plans and Pricing Update
Your Grandfathered Plan/Pricing is about to Change
Thank you for your continued loyalty over the years. As one of our early Guests, we’ve been happy to grandfather your membership as our plans have changed.
Unfortunately, starting on August 1st, 2022, WOW Carwash will be eliminating some of our old plans which included the plan you’ve been grandfathered into and we will be transferring those plans into the most closely aligned standard plans we offer at the current monthly rates.
Below you can see what your existing grandfathered plan is and what standard plan we suggest your membership be transferred to. If you are happy with the suggested transfer, you will not need to take any action and the transfer will happen automatically. If you wish to select a different membership plan or cancel your plan, you may fill out the form below or contact our Membership Department at 833.WOW.WASH ext. 444 for assistance. Automatic transfers will take place starting on August 1, 2022 and your card on file will be charged the new monthly rate.

By signing up for a membership, I authorize WOW Carwash to initiate recurring charges to my credit card account for this purchase in the amount of my selected unlimited plan’s monthly regular rate, each month. This authorization shall remain in effect until I cancel my Unlimited Membership by giving a seven (7) days’ notice by emailing info@wowwash.com, texting WOWCANCEL to 59925, or by calling the membership department at 833.WOW.WASH and selecting menu option 1 or manage your plan at www.wowwash.com. WOW Carwash memberships are registered to an individual vehicle and may not be transferred nor shared without express and written permission by WOW Carwash. Persons with multiple vehicles must purchase a membership for each vehicle that the Guest wishes to wash with an Unlimited Plan. I understand WOW Carwash reserves the right to amend the membership benefits, pricing, and term or cancel my plan at any time. I also understand that if a charge to my authorized credit card is declined, my membership may be cancelled without notice. WOW Carwash will make a best effort to provide a thirty (30) day notice regarding changes to the terms and conditions, plan rates, or other changes to membership plans by posting a notice on www.wowwash.com. I understand that the availability of services at each location may be affected by equipment failure or maintenance, acts of nature, or other causes of closure including some holidays. Temporary or permanent closures do not constitute refunds or returns on any charges for membership plans. Drivers and Guests assume all risks associated with any car wash and shall not hold WOW Carwash liable for any damage. It is the responsibility of the Guest to ensure all posted safety protocols are followed on site. Drivers and Guests may submit a claim to the WOW Carwash Site Manager. All claims will be evaluated and subject to approval by a Guest Services Representative. Reporting of a claim of damage does not constitute or guarantee approval for compensation of any kind.
