Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before choosing a fleet option.
By accessing or using the Fleet Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Pay Per Vehicle Option
If you wish to use the Pay Per Vehicle option, there will be a $5.00 per month conveince fee assessed to your account, and all vehicles must be on the same wash plan. You authorize WOW Car Wash to bill the credit card on file on a monthly basis. The only person that may make changes to the account is the account holder. The authorization shall remain in force until the account holder cancels by giving 7 days written notice. You understand that WOW Carwash may cancel this plan at any time and that the plan will be canceled if the card processing system declines the monthly charge. You also understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure or inclement weather. You understand that monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance. You understand that to have the Pay Per Vehicle option; there must always be a minimum of 5 vehicles.

Pay Per Wash Option
If you wish to use the Pay Per Wash option, you will be billedfor the washes redeemed during that month with a minimum billing quantity of 50 washes per monthand all vehicles must be on the same wash plan. You authorize WOW Car Wash to bill the credit card on file monthly. The only person that may make changes to the account is the account holder. The authorization shall remain in force until the account holder cancels by giving 7 days written notice. You understand that WOW Carwash may cancel this plan at any time and that the plan will be canceled if the card processing system declines the monthly charge. You also understand that circumstances may affect the availability of services, including equipment failure or inclement weather. You understand that monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 30 days in advance. You understand with the Pay Per Wash option; ifyou wash less than 50 times in a month, your account will be billed for 50washes for the wash package your account is enrolled.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material change we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change is determined at our sole discretion.
